8. Consent can be withdrawn by the personal data subject or a representative of the subject by means of a written request delivered to S-Cruises LLC or its representative at the address cited in the beginning of the Agreement.
9. In case of a revocation by the subject of the personal data or its representative of the consent for personal data processing, S-Cruises, LLC has the right to continue personal processing without the consent of the subject of the personal data consistent with points 2 - 11 parts 1 of Article 6, parts 2 of Article 10 and parts 2 of Article 11 of the Russian Federal Law on Personal Data (No. 152-FZ) from 27.07.2006.
10. This consent is valid at all times until the termination of personal data processing specified in clauses 7 and 8 of this Consent.
